Guest Signature Albums

Here is a design I did for a guest signature album. It is a great way to showcase engagement pics on your wedding day. Instead of using a boring guest register book that you will never look at again, use an album that you can put display after the wedding. These make great coffee table books! Here is the link to the design... http://www.heatherhouston.com/guestsignature/

Bridal shoot on Sunday...

I did Stephanie's formal bridal session on Sunday. She is getting married on June 12. I can't wait for her wedding b/c it is going to be a lot of fun. Both her & her fiance are a ton of fun. I have their engagement pictures in my galleries right now. Her pictures came out really great! She is like a model, but that could be because she is an actress. They are both in the theater. I will post more later...

Dance pictures from Friday

I did dance pictures for these twins on Friday. They had the cutest outfits and were so fun and easy to work with. I liked to have them say "boys" for me, because when they did they would have the biggest smiles!! It was too cute! Here are a couple of pics from their session...

Krystal & Matt's Wedding

I didn't have the pleasure of shooting Krystal's & Matt's wedding this past Saturday, because I was shooting Lisa & Will's. Since I wasn't able to do it, she wanted my mom to do it. I did take her engagement pics and will be doing her album. My mom actually taught me photography when I was younger, so she is definitely good! Although, of course I am the best now! :) Here are some of my faves from their pics....I will be adding more as I go through them all!

Brandi & Jason's Engagement Pics

I did Brandi & Jason's engagement pics on Monday. Brandi kept telling me how Jason hates to have pictures made. We were scheduled for the week before, but he lucked out because of the weather. He almost got lucky again yesterday, but it did clear up by the afternoon. I think I didn't torture him too bad and he might be ready to get more pictures by the time of his wedding....which is next May. They make a great couple as you can tell by these photos!

Kristin & Laurence's Engagement pics

I had a lot of fun shooting Kristin & Laurence's engagement session on Sunday. The weather was perfect...except for the soggy ground! I did their shoot at 10 am so the ground was still wet from the rain the night before. But at least it didn't rain for their shoot, because they live in Atlanta and it is hard for them to reschedule! Here are some of my faves...

Lisa & Will's Wedding

Lisa and Will had a beautiful wedding on Saturday. It did start raining at the reception though. The DJ couldn't play any music until the lightning quit and everything was dry. The reception was at the Trott House Inn in Newton. It is a gorgeous location! Lisa paid attention to all the small details too! She had the cutest table names and place cards.

Another oil painting

I picked up another oil painting today. Kim wanted me to have an oil painting done of her daughter to match one she had when she was a child and one of her other daughter. I took Kaylee's pic on a white background. I then took a picture of the picture that Kim had done when she was a child. Next, I took the Kaylee's picture and put her on the other background so it would match. It was a little harder than that, but you get the idea of how it was created. Then I had the whole picture oiled to match even better. This is definitely a one-of-a-kind print. It looks so great and matches perfect!! I can't believe how great it turned out!!
